Each year the committee select 4 different races in which members compete among themselves for the inter-club Challenge Trophies. Just by entering the race and wearing club colours (official race vest or t-shirts) you stand a chance of winning!

Prizes are awarded on your gun time at the end of the year and the winning man and lady receive a shield to keep for 12 months as well as a small trophy to keep forever. Prizes are also awarded on your gun time for each five year age category winner (Senior female, FV35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 and 75 as well as Senior male, MV40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 and 75). Your age category is determined by your age on the day of the race.

West Sussex Fun Run Challenge Trophy – Crawley Run Crew, Run Your Heart Out 8k – 16th Feb

10 mile Challenge Trophy – Haywards Heath 10 – 24th May

Half Marathon Challenge Trophy  – Henfield Half – 16th Aug

10k Challenge Trophy – Littlehampton 10k – 6th Sept
